Medical office building in CO

Montecito Medical, a leading acquirer of medical office properties nationwide, has acquired a medical office property in Lafayette, Colorado, a Denver suburb.

The two-story building is tenanted by Colorado Urology and is home to the Colorado Prostate Cancer Center.

“We are delighted to acquire this medical real estate asset located in a highly desirable market area,” said Rus Gudnyy, Senior Vice President of

Investments at Montecito Medical. “We look forward to a long-lasting relationship with these outstanding medical providers.”

Colorado Urology is the dominant group in its specialty within a 25-mile radius of Lafayette. The group maintains locations across the Denver area. Colorado Urology is affiliated with United Urology, one of the nation’s largest networks of urology affiliate practices. At the Lafayette location, a hub that serves as a referral center for the United Urology network across the Denver area, the group provides radiology and oncology services.

The transaction marks Montecito’s entry into Colorado. “We are thrilled to expand our presence in the Mountain West and to establish a presence in one of the country’s fastest growing metropolitan areas,” said Chip Conk, CEO of Montecito Medical.
