Montecito Medical, a leading buyer of medical office properties nationwide, has acquired a medical building in Buffalo, New York.
Western New York MRI tenants the 15,858-square-foot, two-story facility.

WNY MRI is a dominant provider of diagnostic imaging services in the market area, serving patients throughout the Greater Buffalo and Niagara region, including Ontario, Canada. The group maintains four offices, along with seven satellite locations within local physician practices.
The property is in central Buffalo, close to a major hospital operated by the largest healthcare provider in Western New York.
The WNY MRI building is the third medical property Montecito has acquired in the Buffalo area since the end of 2021. “We like the fundamentals in this market area and are thrilled to expand our growing presence in Western New York,” said Chip Conk, CEO of Montecito Medical.
