This Notice does not apply to: (i) information collected by us or by any other means, including any other website operated by Montecito, unless such website specifically incorporates the terms of this Notice; (ii) any third party, including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or on the Site; (iii) any personal information that you provide directly to third party websites or services; and (iv) any publicly available personal information.

Montecito will retain your personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. We also will retain and use your personal information as long as necessary to comply with our business requirements, legal obligations, resolve disputes, provide our services, protect our assets, and enforce our agreements.

Montecito has implemented reasonable measures to secure and protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure and from accidental loss. 

The safety and security of your personal information also depends on you. When you use a password for access to certain authenticated webpages of the Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential and secure. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

We are not responsible for any issues or losses arising from any inaccurate, inauthentic, deficient, or incomplete personal information that you provide to us.

This Privacy Notice is applicable only to the Site and does not apply to any third-party websites or to other companies or persons that may access the Site, with or without our permission. Montecito cannot and does not guarantee the privacy policies and practices of any third party. Montecito does not control, operate, or endorse any information, products, or services of any third-party websites that may be reached through links from the Site.

The use of any personal information provided by you on or through a  third party website or destination or automatically collected from a third party on its website or destination will be governed by that third party’s privacy notice.

If you are unsure whether a website is controlled, affiliated, or managed by Montecito, you should review the privacy notice at each linked website to determine how that website processes your personal information.

Children under the Age of 13

Montecito does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years old. The Site is not intended for children under 13 years of age. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on the Site or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, telephone number, email address or any screen name or username you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental or legal guardian consent, we will delete that information.
